All our engineers are directly employed by Alpha and have the relevant trade qualifications that you would come to expect from a national maintenance provider and follow the Alpha bespoke NVQ programme.

Training and key skills are vital, in addition to our trade qualifications all our engineers are trained in:

- Asbestos Recognition
- Tower Scaffold
- Specialist in access and plant machinery
